Marriage Annulment

The thesis discusses up-to-date, admitted and significant question – marriage and one of its inseparable, crucial and essential parts – marriage annulment. As family is an important aspect of the society life, expressing love, private emotions, happiness and etc are connected to it. Everything depends on perceptivity of family essence and its importance. It’s a well-known fact that after marriage we become legally liable, that require legal regulation. We should analyze that marriage arises juridical results. Court practice proves that marriage annulment is a frequent fact.
The topic of my thesis is: marriage annulment. Based on the topic, I consider that I should discuss general historical question of marriage and a short excursus of discontinuing divorce; marriage confirming circumstances and the bases of marriage annulment. Also, the thesis clearly presents updates of the marriage institute.
