The master's thesis concerns the EU Neighborhood Policy with Post Soviet Countries -Armenia, Georgia, Moldova Azerbaijan, Belarus and Ukraine, In the study, the focus is focused on the stages and essence of this policy, the methods and forms of partnership, its impact on the social, economic and political situation of the countries. Discusses and documents that are designed to democratize political systems and to share European values by these countries. Particular attention is paid to the European Neighborhood Policy in the South Caucasus region and the motivation of different political choices in the three countries of the region as well as the European policy of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova. The research uses methods of qualitative research - a method of comparative analysis and an in-depth interview of experts. The conclusion is that the EU's Neighborhood Policy Prospects and Recommendations to these countries.
