Personnel’s evaluation and audit in international markets.

In the conditions of market economic, personnel role of audit is increasing significantly in the rising of company’s competitiveness. And its aim is to evaluate the effectivity of staff activity and staff management system.
Presented master thesis, includes staff evaluation and audit in international companies.
In the first chapter of thesis, is discussed theoretical-methodological aspects of research of staff audit. Particularly, there is discussed staff management, like process and the system, staff audit in the system of staff management. As well as, method and methodology of staff audit.
In the second chapter of thesis, we discuss improving and optimization themes in staff management systems. The effectivity of staff management system and the role of audit, recommendations, about how to improve organizational structure ofstaff management.
The third chapter is about staff evaluation in the international company JTI (Japan Tobacco International) which exists in Georgia.
In conclusion, the results of research are generalized.
