Abstract

The modern processes of globalization of global economy and the integration of Georgia into the system of global economic ties are objectively linked to the international distribution of labor and the activities of international companies. Effective functioning of companies is a rational organization of management, and the main source of any change is human resource. Therefore, it is important to correctly and motivate the motivation and stimulation models for efficient use of its maximum generation and efficient use. The work deals with the rich experience in the field of labor motivation and stimulation in international companies. The existing models in the field are analyzed and given their characterization. The role and importance of motivation and stimulation of personnel is shown in the development of international companies and their competitiveness. It is analyzed that the value of coaching is motivation technology. The work describes the issues of integration of labor motivation and stimulation technology in the personnel management system, with the peculiarities of this integration in Georgian companies. Based on the analysis of data received by survey respondents, the role of motivation and stimulation of staff in the process of development of Georgian companies is investigated.
