The present Master's Degree deals with one of the serious problems of the twenty-first century - Gender Leadership, in particular the research on gender leadership in public sphere, which is not only a local but a global problem. Interest in this issue starts from the 1970s, which led to the rise of women's leadership positions. Gender Study Over the Years However, special emphasis has always been on gender equality and women's rights, as regards gender leadership has not become a subject of special research.
In the scope of this study we set up the task of our research to study the example of the public sector in terms of gender leadership, to determine how the situation is balanced in this regard; We have heard public attitudes and spread stereotypes about Gender Leadership and how important it is and what can be the result of gender diversity for development of public sector, what challenges Georgia faces and what perspectives do we have in terms of gender leadership
