Abstract
Globalization processes are unified and multilateral, that aim at deepening the relations in the world, that are connected with economy, social culture, politics and environment protection. Though different sources explain and describe globalization processes by economic point of view, as the process that causes different national economy transfer into independent global economy system. The mentioned process implies increase of international trade frame, establishment of multinational companies, foundation of global principles and standards, development of global markets and global consumer culture. It must be noted that the rise of globalization processes and the role of international trade, gave a stimulus to businessmen for search of certain advantages and for receiving more profit to cross the borders of their countries and to try a fortune in other countries too. Though these processes are always accompanied by cultural barriers and this issue is most attentive for us.
The paper deals with the cross-culture role in international business and researches, that will help us to recognize peculiarities of the Georgian culture for foreign investors.
