The dissertation "Official Crime" is presented in 60 computer printed pages, which includes the introductory part, the main text. The focus is on the criminal-criminal and criminological characterization of official crimes and the peculiarities of conducting investigative actions and measures on official crimes. The paper is accompanied by a conclusion and a list of used literature.
The methodological basis of the research is the systematic, comparative, logical and analytical approach to the issue.
The legal basis of the research is the Constitution of Georgia, the status of the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Code, as well as other legislative normative acts related to research issues.
The theoretical basis is the study of Georgian and foreign sciences, papers, scientific articles published in periodicals and on the Internet: Criminal and Criminal Procedure Code and Criminalistics.
