The purpose of the research is to study and analyze the latest information in the world and the Georgian market. The subject of research is to determine the role of modern technologies in finances, evaluation of its development trends in the world and in Georgia.
In this paper is introduced qualitative and quantitative research, there is detected some problems in the existing sector. Both in the world and in Georgia is introduced positive and negative aspects of modern financial technologies, which are evaluated, compared and searched for solutions.
