Abstract
The internet has taken over today's world. This has helped with the introduction of E-commerce. The work I prepared clearly describes E-commerce customers' satisfaction during the pandemic period. General principles of E-commerce, advantages, disadvantages, and current trends are discussed. Various studies, examples, and information are presented on the impact of the pandemic on E-commerce and business in Georgia and the world.
Commerce and business depend on the satisfaction of society. Accordingly, digital commerce is also developing. On the other hand, marketers are trying to introduce innovations that create even more comfort to the community and attract their attention.
The aim of the study is to find out how satisfied the public is with E-commerce during the pandemic. To understand this, I conducted several types of research, surveyed people, obtained comprehensive, truthful information, and concluded based on many real-life examples.
The study revealed different trends, which are described in detail in my work.
