The work presents ways to solve the problems that will help heirs avoid side effects. In addition the legal norms related to the factual acuairing of inheritance, the visions and opinions of the scientist-lawyers are discussed, as well as practical examples will allow us to better analyze the urgency of the problem and thet accompany the factual acquairing of inheritance.
