The main subject of our research is modern interpretations of given concept. The major goal of the work is to develop complex methodology, presenting classical and non-classical contractual theories as unified and independent directions of political – philosophical sense.
The novelty of the research is that the given concept was defined as one of the effective mean for legitimating the political-normative institution and was determined its further evolution perspective.
