Abstract
This work discussed the agrarian and specifically the problems faced in the last decade by the viticulture and winemaking sector that created the spread of invasive Asian insects. For this purpose , data was collected and analyzed in the areas of pest spread , its biology and reproductive capacity, the degree of dmage to the host agriculture crops, the practical measures used in western Georgia and neighboring countries in order to reduce damage .
Pactikularattention was paid tio evaluating the damage ca used by invasive Asian insects in Guria’s viticulture and winemaking region , economically, agro-biological and technological .observation was carried out on Chxaveri grapes , the main variety of local distribution that is well –know for producing exceptionally high-quality wines .
The research was conducted in the pest of wine picked up in the pest area , its chemical –physical changes and original data were studiedand compared with the same grapes grape harvest and the wine made from the undamaged zone .
On the basis of analysis of experimental data , some factors and teqnological techniques for preserving qualitative properties of wine obtained from damaged grapes are revealed
Chkhaveri wine was professional tasted in order to identify the aromatic tones characteristic of the breed.
