Abstract
The subject of this master's thesis emphasizes on all characterics of organization transition
from the pioneering phase to differentiation phase. Research items were selected for the actuality
of the processes, because of experience of working as an organizational development manager in
the company “Autograft -Cake Atelier ". The work is in the process of analyzing the lessons learned
and the empirical experience was very interesting and useful professional growth in terms of the
organizational development as a graduate student. The experience and issues of the research have
become interesting and relevant, since the knowledge that was received so far allows to
participated in the processes that determine the functionality and activities of the company. there
were many initiatetives and active participantion in the organization, which carried out
organizational development. Methods used in this experience, observation and masterminds were
allowed to present interesting and diligent work on a given organization and to make
recommendations and perspectives that help the company to take further steps. This study is the
main characteristics of transition processes from the pioneering phase to differentiation phase of
company "Autograft - Cake Atelier". Detection and analysis of current organizational processes in
the Company: What are the featuring characteristics of the company, what steps undergoes the
company, how the structure and style of leadership strategy looks like, the behavior of employees
and the function and responsibilities of the determination, the work style of discussion. What are
the problems that undergoes in the transition from the pioneering phase, where are the crisis arises
and how to overcome this crisis and loses to move company into a new phase. This is where the
company takes crucial steps and it is important to do all attempts to avoid company “ to die”.
