Abstract

The principles of mediation are essential for understanding the essential purpose of the mediation process, and these principles also directly determine the content of the mediator's ethical and legal obligations. In the mediation process, special attention is paid to three fundamental values: procedural and substantive justice, autonomy of the parties. This letter is devoted to the analysis of the operation of these principles in the mediation process.
