In recent years, the crimes committed among juvenilis have been excarbated.
due to many reasons that the young generation is the future of any country. The fact is that they are guilty.Thus the rights and dinity of juvenile should not be violated.this work deals with consideration of this highly erratic issue. The first chapter of the work is defineted by the concept of juveniles in the second chapter of the work is discussed in the juvenile.In the third chapter of the work, juvenile justice regulations are analyzed in compliance with international and Georgia legislation and deficiencies.This chapter also deals with the juvenile justice principles.The fourth chapter presents the importance of the principal measures to facilitate effective implementation of juvenile justice and reduction of impairment. The problems is also related to the issue of improsing a sentence.
