The purpose of the presented paper is to analyze and review the role of the state prosecutor according to the Georgian legislation, which is constantly experiencing changes and is the subject of discussion and dispute in the field of law and justice.
The paper is presented with a compilation of 54 computer printed pages, which includes the introduction of three, which are divided into subchannels, as well as the conclusion and the used literature.
Based on the objectives set out, the first chapter is dedicated to the review of literature, which briefly describes the main literature used to present the work. The second chapter is a problem research / analysis that deals with the role and function of the general prosecution system, its tasks and principles of operation, the system of prosecution in various foreign countries. The same chapter deals with the prosecutor as a state prosecutor, role and function. The same chapter deals with a number of problems that are visible in the process of the prosecutor's activities. The third chapter, the outcome of the study, concerns the problems raised in the previous chapter and summarizes them.
This work is based on the Constitution of Georgia, the Criminal Procedure Code, the Georgian Law on Prosecutor's Office and other normative acts. The paper's information base is also the scientific works, scientific articles, publications, educational-scientific literature and various articles and materials placed in the Internet.
