Abstract
This work is dedicated to a limited liability company and its research and analysis in accordance with similar distinctive features proposed by Georgia and other countries, or regulatory enactments adopted by law.
A limited liability company (known abbreviated as LLC) is considered one of the most common forms of entrepreneurship, the reason for which may be several, but the most noticeable is its simplicity in legal terms. This is a company that is responsible to certain lenders.
As the legislative standards of entrepreneurs in Georgia and other developing countries are constantly changing, the document will discuss current laws and exceptions, as well as cases in legislative and judicial practice around them, where we will clearly see the pros and cons of LLC from the point of view of business legislation.
