Occupational Safety and Health is a shared responsibility between employers and employees. In

my Master paper I try to look the audience what is the really situation today in Georgia. My goal
is to study the situation in Georgia in terms of statistical information and official research in
terms of Occupational Safety and healthy working environment. To do this, I need to set several
tasks for example: Consider the steps taken by the Georgian state and active steps towards the
existence of Occupational Safety and Health. I will try to understand what kind of right and
obligations have employers and emploees. I will direct the role of International Labor
Organization and Georgian Trade Unions. I should talk about accidents and professional health
services in our country. I will consider the International Labor Organization (ILO) standards.
I want to give some information about Europian countries Occupational Safety and Health,
about their law and regulations.
Finnaly, there is not good situation about Occupational Helth and Safety in Georgia. There are
many injoured an died people on workplaces. Our government try to solve this problem but
unfortunately there is no solution.
