Preaching the Christianity in Georgia started from Adjara, its one of the most beautiful regions, from the 1st century. The first temple was built in Adjara, namely in Didajara according to the historical sources and archeological data. One can hardly find the village without a couple of churches in Adjara. As a result of historical misfortune, the oldest part of Georgia, Adjara was under the Ottoman rule during three centuries. Despite the severe regime and coercion, the local population strongly defended their land, language and religion.
On the base of learning the rich scientific heritage and making analysis, I have prepared the master work, where I gathered the facts and events related to the origin and preaching the Christianity. My paperwork includes the brutal facts how Georgian agriculture, education, crafts, construction and culture was destroyed by Ottomans. Misery, poverty, hopelessness and fear were everywhere.
