In this work ,,copyrights and their restrictionbasics’’, are discussed the generation, defending and restriction of copyrights on the basic of international agreements in the field of intellectual property and the law in the state about ,,copyrights and neighboring rights’’. Actually of this topic is cosed by technology in 21-st century, which gives us more and moreopportunities of making and spreading copys, there fore its required to defend copyrights stronger.
Master thesis consists of four chapters and its bubheaddings. In the first chapter is discussed the meaning of copyrights, copyright as an intellectual property and its role in the intellectual law system. Also, there is reviewed the concept of intellectual property and its historical development.
