Abstract
In the 21th century increased the number of internet users and it continues spreading, that developes digital marketing in organizations and leads to upper steps. It’s not a novelty that customer satisfaction has become the most important aspect for the organizations. Digital marketing is evoling and marketers are doing their best to attrackt customer attraction. Digital marketing is 21th century’s reality, it helps different organizations to get the aim, that’s why every business should lead it for successful operating. E-commerce gives an opportunity of improving marketing strategies, communicate with target audience. It helps bussiness owners better analyze thir competitive capabilities and correctly determine future benefits. This thesis presents internationational practise cases, 2020 years trends and social media’s latest statistics. The main aim of the work is to find out what impaction has digital marketing and how much society depends on social media. I made the quantitative and qualitative research. In the sum 219 persons took a part in my survey.The studies resulted in interesting trends that are detailed in the thesis.
