ელექტრონული მმართველობის განვითარება საქართველოს სახელმწიფო სტრუქტურებში: ძირითადი ასპექტები და პრობლემები

The implementation of e-governance in Georgia is already a few years, the process is certainly irreversible and urgent, but there are some shortcomings that prevent its effectiveness. State managers are trying to offer multi-functional services that will help save time, simplify procedures, reduce budget expenditure, bureaucratic apparatus will be more flexible, increase citizens' involvement in management processes, etc.
The purpose of this master's thesis is to analyze and study the gaps in the research process, which are founded upon the implementation of e-governance, based on scientific literature and research data, the work will try to contribute to the development of egovernance research.
The task of the research is to find out the gaps, the clear results of the results and the search for solutions, as well as the analysis of various public data, international experiences, scientific literature and governmental and non-governmental organizations.
As in the course of the research process, the introduction of e-governance is inefficient, which is reflected in the growth of bureaucracy. One of the reasons for inefficient implementation of e-governance could be lack of awareness toward e-services.
