Some aspects of the legal relations between parent and child

In my master’s thesis, I will discuss the topic: Some aspects of the legal relations between parent and child. the parental and child relationship was implemented with the different peculiarities in the ancient Georgian law, which history of origin is discussed in the research. Since the entry into force of the Civil Code of Georgia, the legal status of the Institute of Parents and Children has undergone changes, following the ratification of international treaties and agreements, it has become necessary to bring internal legislation in correspondence with them. Determining the Parental Duties In legal relations of parents and children is one of the key issues that need research in order to clear the existing problems. The role of the executive government is crucial in protecting and improving the best interests of the child. On the basis of real court cases, we will be able to study the issue of children rights, to analyze existing problems and to find ways to solve them. Based on the abovementioned, with comparison to the laws of a foreign country – using legal analysis method, statistical data and judicial decisions, as well as the summary of the existing problems I will elaborate recommendations, which will be aimed at finding ways to improve the practical and theoretical problems.
