Duration of working time in Georgian labor legislation and In the Directive 2003/88 of the European Union

In the work is discussed the duration of working time in the Georgian Legislation and EU “2003/88 concerning certain aspects of the organization of working time” directive, Also the directive applies to the legislation of Georgia and the European Union, in accordance with the labor norms in force in several EU countries. Actuality the duration of working time conditioned obligations under the Association Agreement between Georgia and the European Union. Discussed the gaps and differences, that Georgian legislation has regarding the regulation of working hours and the implementation of EU 2003/88 Directive. The ways of eliminating these are proposed.
