Abstract
In the epoch of globalization, there are many multi-ethnic organizations that unite people of different cultures.
The paper covers the informatioan about the cultural diversity of ethnically different people, relations and organizational cooperation.
The thesis describes the problems and challenges caused by emigration, the attitude of the host people and the organization towards different ethnic groups, the problems in the organizational communication etc.
The conducted study (depth interview) describes the viewpoint of the people working within a particular organization, the causes of minor conflicts, the facts of discrimination and the steps taken for effective communication by the staff.
Ethnic goups basically are distinguished by the values. There are systemic types of differences in the values associated with power and inequiality, the relationship between the individual and the group, the expected emotional and social role of men and women, the ways of dealing with indefinitely in life and dependence on the future, the past or the present.
