Mediation is a form of alternative dispute resolution resolving disputes between two or more parties with concerte effects. Mediation is a interactive process where a neutral third party assists disputing parties in resolving conflict through the use of specialized communication and negotitation techniques.
In my master’s degree I will pay attention to the meaning of Mediation and about its importance. Especially on a family mediation and about its advantages and disadvantages. Also I will discuss Georgian, European and American models of family mediation. I will talk about what those different countries did to improve things about family Mediation. I am going to talk about the comparison of family Mediation and the ways of how we fix the conflicts.
Master degree’s main goal is to realize the importance of family Mediation and to show its advantages. I want it to be more acceptable to the society.
