The development of states in the course of centuries-old history has been very difficult, depending on domestic and external factors, as well as the influence of neighboring countries and the level of neighbors' dependence on these processes. In the end, the history of all countries is developing in parallel with the development of other countries.
Georgia is a country with centuries-old history and culture. Its state development was on the background of constant invasions and peace keeping. Nevertheless, Georgian culture undoubtedly deserves the highest ratings in the modern international arena. A number of countries formulate the history of justice over the last hundred years, while the creation and realization of the Georgian laws and legislative acts is based on the beginning of the first millennium. Old Georgian law monuments have a decent place among the world's monumental monuments and responds to modern international challenges.
In the subject of master's thesis - protection of child rights in the context of human rights, based on substantial comparative analysis, conclusions have been made possible that the Georgian state is important and somewhat protected by human rights. Thus, protection of rights is one of the oldest areas of our culture. Master's work focuses on the content of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and its synthesis in the Georgian legislative space. Georgia has been gradually joined by international organizations since 1991 and gradually adapted its norms and content from the legislative space to the system.
Today Georgian public services are actively involved in the implementation of the provisions of the Convention. To illustrate this issue, the paper deals with a number of statistical reports of the Social Agency detailing the measures taken by the public services in terms of child protection.
Considering the general provisions of human rights on the basis of the deduction method, I have specifically discussed the issues of child rights protection. Based on this method, it is possible to draw up a comparative analysis, based on theoretical research methods.
The work consists of the four, four key chapters and conclusions of the introduction.
