Leadership is a particularly valuable and rare thing. Lots of scientific research has been conducted to describe the leadership process. Leadership is studied in many different contexts, in small groups, in therapeutic groups and in large organizations using qualitative and quantitative methods. As one of the author Stogdill describes a leadership survey, there are so many explanations of leadership, like democracy, love, or peace, and there is definition of leadership as many as how many people have tried to suggest their definition. In spite of, each of us knows what stands behind these words, for different people the words may have different meanings.
The present paper presents an analysis of the issue in which is mentioned the general phenomenon of the leadership and its significance, the role of the character of the leader, the strategies, as well as the main factors of transformation and transaction of models, organizational culture types and their interaction.
Very few things in a day of modern society are as important as management and leadership. That is why leadership is one of the most important things in society formation, since the effective leader of how strength can contribute to the development and formation of the society. As we know, effective leaders often learn and develop their habits so that people can achieve success as a result of their work, also societies success will be their success too.
