Abstract
In the thesis, we will discuss the researching issues, search and seizure as a procedural point of view as on of the most important and difficult investigative actions provided by criminal procedures.
It should be noted, that performing the certain investigative actions, which substantially limits human rights and freedoms (for example, search, hidden investigative action), is only possible with the permission of the court.
We definetely discuss the search and seizure as a procedural point of view provided by criminal procedures.
The investigative action discussed in our thesis, is the most serious interfence in the protected area, because it is almost related to the violation of the rights and freedoms granted to a citizen by the Constitution. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the search and seizure actions, as coercive investigative actions.
