Abstract

The corporation must consider a great variety of factors to increase it’s efficiency. Company might have a brilliant strategy, but because of not having a proper corporate culture, strategy might fail. Formerly mentioned master’s thesis “the effect of corporate culture on corporate profitability”, represents the connection between efficiency and corporate culture. The first chapter gives us a general information about corporate culture. The second chapter defines the differences and common aspects of American and Japanese culture. The third chapter gives us insight about thoughts of the biggest Georgian corporations about corporate culture. There has been a field research that showed us the current level of corporate culture in Georgia. In the conclusive chapter all the research results have been generalized and the given information gives us recommendations for the corporations that took part in the said research.
