The master’s work discusses the processes of globalization. In particular, attention is paid to economic globalization and deglobalization, which is quite often used in the modern world in the content of the crisis of globalization.
Globalization is an inconvertible and historical process that refers to many areas. The approach to globalization as well as its concepts are various in the society. It shows the process of approaching between countries and regions. That shows the way to the cultural-civilized unity. One of the most important positive features of globalization is that there is almost no distance between countries. It affects the economies of all regions.
In the modern world trade and economic relations between countries are significantly integrated and interdependent. The more developed a country is, the more urgent it is to develop international trade. International trade is making a big contribution to the scale of globalization.
The last chapter of the thesis considers the peculiarities of international business development. In particular, there will be discussed the essence and trends of strategic alliances and transnational corporations on the example of specific companies. These transnational corporations play an important role both in the world economy and in the economies of transition countries.
