My research is about foreign policy of Italy in Balkan and Kosovo in 1991-2000. The paper provides for studying every available materials according to historical-comparative analysis and defining the role of Italy in International affairs. In particular, what was the percent of activity of Italy, what kind of challenges the country had in that period in foreign and also in internal aspects of policy.
The purpose of the research is: acquainting literature about this theme, making a comparative analysis from the various sources, from scientific literature, from information that is given in the media and based on these documents we determine one more the role of Italy in Crisis of Balkan and Kosovo in 1991-2000.
In my opinion it would be interesting to introduce this study to society, because given issue is less researched by Georgian historiography.
In conclusion, the paper makes clear what kind of influence conflicts have such a Kosovo Crisis in International relations and what kind of character Italian government had in foreign politics towards this conflict in 1991-2000.
