Human Resource Management is one of the central issues today in Georgia. Most organizations, both private and public agree that human resource managers are important to achieve the goals and objectives of a company. Technological development created a variety of programs which facilitate HR management process and make the work and duties of HR managers easilier, faster and better.
The aim of the thesis is to identify to what extent HR management systems are used in Georgia. Besides, we were interested to find out what is the attitude of human resources specialists to the development of technology and what are the benefits and disadvantages of integrating technologies.
The survey revealed that small companies are less likely to apply software. Also, as a result of the research, we find out that most companies use software for administrative function. The majority of human resources specialists believe that technological development has mostly positive impact on human resource management, although there are some negative aspects.
