ელექტრონული მმართველობის დანერგვა-განვითარება საქართველოში, პერსპექტივები და გამოწვევები

The aim of the research is to analyse the introduction and development of e-governance and prospectes and challenges related to it. The thesis also aims to study and share international practices, as one of the key missions of the state is to provide high standards to information society. Based on the objectives, we have analyzed vital issues, such as development of e-services, electronic involvement and open governance, electronic healthcare, public finance management systems, e-business, transformation of Georgia into ICT centre, infrastructural development, electronic security, creating favourable environment for e-governance and raising awareness in this direction.
Comparative methods of historical overview have been used in the research. This allows us to observe the trends of e-governance development for the last decades, to review successful models of e-governance development in foreign countries and provide recommendations. The research revealed the problem of receiving thorough answer, which means that the information received from a public organizations was not thorough and relevant to the information required.
