One of the fundamental problems among the others existing in the Georgian public
organization is linked with the specialty of their system level management. Considering the
modern theories and approved practices, transformational approaches are beginning to be
adapted in public organizations, which means to be more oriented on young public
administrators, growth of their involvement, proper delegation of their job and empowering
their team work principles in order to make some profitable changes in organization.
Considering the theories of organizational management psychology, according to various
reasons younger employees are more focused on reforms.
In this thesis deals with issues of implementing transformational approaches by young
employees of public organizations.
The thesis is divided in four parts. In the first one there’re discussed types of organizational
management in public organizations, the main focus has been made on the study of
transformation management.
