თურქეთ - რუსეთის ორმხრივი ურთიერთობები 2015-2016 წლებში

The main aim of the paper is to study Turkey-Russia relations in 2015-2016 years on the example of the deviative behavior of Turkey's foreign policy. In particular, changes from the sharp confrontation of foreign policy toward Russia to their close cooperation.
The work presents hypothesis: The sharp changes of vector between Turkey and Russia from conflict to cooperation after the incident in November 2015. State coup attempt in Turkey, Russia and Turkey’s tense relationship with the EU, is connected to economic influence of Russian sanctions and leaders’ personal factors.
To test the stated hypothesis the following factors were analyzed: Russia-Turkey relations in the XXI century, two country's confrontation after the incident in November 2015 and the results of the sanctions, Russia and Turkey relations with the West and personal connections between the leaders of the states and the impact of a failed coup attempt in 2016 on the whole processes.
Mentioned paper is the interpretation of already occurred theory in International Relationship Discipline. Neoclassical realism theory, in particular, the postulate of the country's foreign policy formation according to Gideon Ross. It is explained the influence of facts on the formation of Turkey's foreign policy (from conformation to close cooperation with Russia) in 2015-2016.
