Abstract

This letter provides information on the amendments to the Law "On Entrepreneurs" that became effective in summer 2021. With regard to organizational-legal form of LLC. The law on Entrepreneurs that became effective on 1st of January 2022 will essentially change the landscape of the corporate-organizational economy in the country and will regulate existing diverse controversial issues in the field of corporate law.
