The study is about one of the most outstanding public figure of Georgia Iakob Gogebashvili. Great educator and teacher, founder of Georgian pedagogical thinking, Iakob Gogebashvili was one of the activists of the National-Liberation Movement.
Iakob Gogebashvili devoted his entire life to create a new education system. His aim was Georgian people to develop critical thinking, moral-principle. Also, fight for a better country to live and get a good quality education.
Moral upbringing has a major impact on formation of individuals as bringing up new generation includes spiritual health.
Therefore, based on the relevant work of scientific and pedagogic literature , I tried to present pedagogical approach of the great thinker in the field of teaching and upbringing . as these items are the main principles of Gogebashvili's pedagogical study.
I think that the present work together with theoretical significance will have a certain practical value for those interested in this issue to bring up a new generation in the future.
