ბიზნესის სახელმწიფო დაფინანსების მექანიზმის გავლენა ადგილობრივი წარმოების განვითარებაზე

The paper presents the findings and important topics that can be improved and refined for the advancement of the Georgian economy. The role and importance of the state as one of the main levers in the reconstruction process of the country, in particular the region, is described.
The three main functions of public financial policy are: the generation of monetary funds, their distribution and control. Accordingly, the starting point of these three functions goes to the main function of the state, which we call the stimulus function.
This powerful lever allows us to properly manage priorities, avoid expected risks in a timely manner, and improve the social background of the population. Today, as never before, creating a cash fund, while the pandemic is spreading all over the world, is quite a difficult task, but fortunately with international support, we are still able to boldly come up with new ideas and move forward with slow but steady steps.
In this paper, we have tried to build on the experiences that the state has gone through to finance business so far and what it has been able to do or has not been able to do. What needs to be done better and what we can correct and refine in the future.
