The purpose of the work is to study investment management in international companies

The existing methodological approaches to investment projects are to take into account their specific aspects and directions. Besides, it should be noted that a complex study of the problems of investment projects implemented by attracting foreign investments is not currently under way.
This circumstance does not allow the full use of the investment potential of the foreign market of the Georgian market and makes scientific and practical grounding of new methodological approaches to elaboration of investment strategies in relation to them.
Therefore, attracting foreign investment investments requires the existence of investment projects management problems in our country systematic study of the existing forms and methods of realization of investment policy and critical understanding, which, in turn, promotes the actuality of the chosen topic of the dissertation research.
