Abstract
The present Master's Degree applies to the most important legal institution for the current community – Family Law. It deals with a wedding contract in a legal and public context. Principles for the market economy and private-legal relationships established in the modern world made the new interpretation of the rights and duties of spouses.
The work deals with the basic aspects of the wedding contract, the work deals with the basic aspects of the wedding contract, the history of the marriage contract and the determination of the concept of the wedding contract. Marriage contract as a civil contract, its subjects, property and non-property rights of parties mentioned in the contract. Obstructive factors in establishment in Georgia, moral-legal attitude of Georgian traditional society to the above-mentioned treaty. Based on the Georgian legislation, the work reflects the shortcomings and statistical data related to the above contract. This institution is rarely used in Georgia, in the majority of contracts one of the Contracting Parties is a foreign citizen. Consequently, the wedding contract is reviewed by
comparison-legal analysis of civil law of different countries. Also, in my master's work, I have addressed the main problematic issues of the marriage contract. The present work deals with the important provisions relating to the conclusion of a marriage contract, the entry into force of the contract and the timeframes. Also, the requirements that may or may not be considered in the wedding contract. Despite the fact that there are different literature or normative acts in this regard, the above-mentioned treaty is still subject to the research of civil law scientists based on its specificity.
