Modernity has been offered different actual topic and its solutions way. Nowadays competitive in environment one of them there is a relationship between public service and audiences. The society create this audiences, which has got demand and requests of this relevant epoch – it has standard visions. The society is a phenomenon that it does not forgive anything, it is clear, even not simple blame to slander. The essay of in these two directions, it is clear there is a great in the role of state, the leverage or priorities. That’s above mentioned we had a desire to write master`s thesis “Public Service and Society”, which is again and again the reality was condition of the modern epoch. Master`s work directly related to the topic, as public service and society relations, on the public service is the important legislation of Georgia. Today, the solution of these problematic issues is very effectivity. That`s why, it`s necessary to know how create modern service is established and how they create their relationship with society. In the topic is discussed main problems, that is worried to society about public service. It is important, we take care of changes that the public service has suffered. In 2003-2015, in the work, it is also discussed and implemented some of the reforms, what step by step are carried out of two new government and they important changed public service, but they had negative-positive sides and also, they have got positive positive-negative consequences. The present work is attached to our social research, which afford us to see some problematic aspects in this direction and we think about the way of solving it.
