According to its concept, state is complex and tightly inter-depended system. Historically, Before the formation of modern government system, monarchist systems were established, that existed for decades of centuries.
The well-being of society, that involves safety, social defense and perfection of the segments under state prerogative, is depended on organized functioning of state governing system. Accordingly, one of the main components, determining the strength of the state is perfection of government system, that is precursor of the development of democratic society.
In a state, with systemic fault of government, depraved systems take place, that are characterized by corrupted and decentralized government, therefore it harms territorial entity of a state, principles of legitimacy, justice and proper development of society.
Accordingly, the master’s thesis discusses each problematic issue, presents right forms of government and for comparative analysis incorrect forms are also studied. Simultaneous research of these forms has made it possible to come to the maximally accurate conclusion, specifically to the ways of perfection of government systems in democratic society.
The master’s thesis consists of 5 basic chapters, 9 sub-chapters and conclusion. This structure has made it possible to discuss theoretical issues and make appropriate conclusions on basis of practical examples.
The thesis is based on elaboration of conclusions and recommendations through research methods.
