The diploma work deals with the aim of the sentence,its characteristics and its historical review.Each goal of the punishment is discussed and the problems are revealed.In the topic I speak about restoring justice,preventing new crime and resocializing the offender.
The work contains the introduction, the main part consists of 3 chapters and 8 subdivisions, and the bottom includes the conclusion and the of the literature used.
