Abstract
The paper, The Influence of the Thieving World on the Formation of Juvenile Behavior, consists of four chapters, eleven paragraphs, an introduction, and a conclusion.
In the first chapter of the paper, the origin and development of the thieving world, the origin and development of the thieving world are discussed. To some extent, the Soviet leadership also contributed to the creation of the "world of thieves" because they wanted to use "thieves in law" and the "thieves' world" in general for their own purposes, but over time they became so powerful that it became impossible to subdue them.
In the 1930s, due to the intensification of the fight against the criminal element and criminal society in the USSR, which intensified in the wake of collectivization and famine, criminal societies began to form organized groups. It was during this period that the so-called "Thieves in law" who called themselves the defenders of criminal traditions.
As of today, thieves in law are operating in many countries around the world. Most of the thieves-in-law have left Georgia, and some are serving sentences for membership in the thieving world under Georgian law against organized crime and racketeering.
The second chapter of the paper discusses the preconditions for the involvement of juveniles in criminal activities, their socialization, the factors causing criminal behavior, the reasons for the formation of aggression in juveniles and
Deindividualization of minors as a major reason for the formation of a thieving mentality.
It should be noted that there are several important factors that criminologists believe may contribute to juvenile delinquent behavior, these factors are: biological, child-centered experiences, negative social environment, substance abuse, and more...
