Abstract
The combination of countries creates a modern international system. Today, large and small countries are actively participating in various social processes around the world. However, the political climate is still created by the superpowers, which are trying to take their own positions by all means. CHINA-US relations play an important role in foreign policy in the 21st century.
China's fast-growing economy is in stark contrast to the possible hegemony of the United States, so the issue of China is quite topical in American politics and is on the agenda of international relations.
The aim of this master's thesis is to study the modern Chinese-American relations, and more specifically, our goal is to study the interests of the two global countries and methods of struggle to gain influence and advantage.
There are a number of challenges in China-US relations that can seriously damage relations between the two countries.
China-US relations have been unfavorable in recent years and have changed dramatically with the change of US presidents. The issues of Taiwan, Hong Kong, Xinjiang concentration camps and the South China Sea occupy an important place.
An important factor is the trade relations between them, which is a priority for both countries, and the need for deepening the partnership between the leaders of the states has been repeatedly mentioned.
The United States is a world leader and has virtually no competitors for a long time after the end of the Cold War. Russia has tried to become a rival to the United States, but to no avail, and since then the Chinese state has been able to compete with the United States, which has led to even more controversy. However, it should be noted that the United States is a global leader involved in ensuring global security and showing interest in maintaining stability in the world. As for China, it is mainly interested in influencing its own region and concentrating on neighboring countries. However, it has economic interests, through which it increases its opportunities for influence around the world.
It should be noted that the relations between the two superpowers and especially the controversies have a significant impact on the international political picture and cause
