Abstract
As a research theme, for master’s following work – “Studying of conflict situations in working group by Module Sociotest” I have chosen enacting, diagnosing and studying of conflict existence/non-existence on the basis of interdependence within the members of working groups in Georgian reality. Hence the fact that the group might be encompassed with utterly different people, which have different interests and they may be unified by a common goal, erupting a conflict is a natural and sometimes an inescapable event. In order for the group to continue working properly, it is very significant to find out the conflict immediately as soon as it originates.
There are confilicts in many working groups, though it is unable to detect it due to different kinds of reasons. In order to discover a conflict, besides other factors, either willingness or desire of group members, one of the most important factor is to search for an effective method, which will help us to reach our goals and will present real situation in the group.
During my work, by means of module sociotest I tried to compare group members in public, private and nongovernmental organizations and their attitude towards the other members of the group. The main aim of my work was following: to find out if it is possible or not to show conflict situations and studying them by using module sociotest. In order to reach our goal research was held in different types of organizations (public, private, nongovernmental) in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the above-mentioned method in each group.
