გზები და საგზაო ნაგებობები სამხრეთ-დასავლეთ (აჭარა) საქართველოში

The valleys of Southwest Georgia (Adjara) have been associated with Caucasian, Anatolian, Mesopotamian and Creta-Mikhen civilizations from ancient times. These contacts were based on different ways. Relationships with the outside world are also increasing in the Middle Ages. Stone arch bridges reflecting these processes that are still preserved in our region, and their study provides a clear picture of the importance of trade-transit or military roads that have been created from the era of epochs, written, archaeological and ethnographic data.
