ლუდვიგ ვიტგენშტაინის ეპისტემოლოგია და მნიშვნელობის თეორია

The analysis of the philosophical views developed by Ludwig Wittgenstein, namely, connecting his epistemological views and theory of meaning and attempt of their analysis in a whole is important for the development of the sphere of Epistemology. The work discusses the problems and the results that follow the attempt of discussion of Wittgenstein’s three-stage philosophy into a whole. In this general picture there is given transition from meaning to knowledge, analysis of the connections between language game and knowledge, understanding the moment of transition from Tractarian world towards the language game world, evaluationg comparison of the connection of the Tractarian epistemology with the epistemology of the theory of meaning, that gives chance to analyze Wittgenstein’s philosophy in a newly different way.
The aim of the research contains several moments; there is given the attempts to understand as a whole Wittgenstein’s diverse, at first sight totally opposed and different theories that give the opportunity to analyze the theories deeply and effectively.
There are given and discussed important connecting moments, that give chance to make Wittgenstein’s three-stage development as a whole and in the end present us well developed, original worldview. Also the aim of the work is deep and detailed analysis of what connections are between knowledge and meaning, how we can reach knowledge from the theory of language game and what basis we should search for understanding the basis of truth of knowledge and meaning. There is given the task that meaning leads us to knowledge, our approach towards the world determined by our activity, action, use of word is giving us that kind of knowledge that transits knowledge towards quite different dimension and opens the sphere for discussion and evaluation of this new kind of knowledge.
The work presents the attempts to give the connecting lines between knowledge and activity and tries to help us to tie up and analyze these two moments of our approeaches towards the world. There is given detailed analysis of the notion of certainty and its importance for Wittgenstein’s philosophical position, that creates the possibility of new type of Epistemology, gives new dimension for the analysis of the epistemological problems.
The research methodology of the work is based on the analysis of original texts, secondary literature, detailed discussion and analysis of problematic questions. Exactly these methods are necessary in order to understand the covered meaning given with a specific style of expression used in Wittgenstein’s works and to reach the results based on these searches.
This work deals with the difficulties that result from the ambiguity of Wittgenstein’s style of philosophyzing or gives not easy task to analyze the covered information, and also another problem is already existing determined positions those which during years understood Wittgenstein’s philosophy as being opposed and one another rejecting parts.
The results of the search will help us to guide all these diversities of theories into one direction, namely, towards the evaluation and analysis of knowledge, that gives important context for the further developement of theories and viewpoints as in philosophy as in other spheres that was and still is being vastly affected by Wittgenstein’s philosophy.
