The stady aims to define the role to the straight foreing investment in international countries (according to Georgia). The issue is topical not only in Georgia but at a globan level. The work also includes discussions about statistics of the investitions in Georgia. There are analyzed the current factors of the implemented investments. Also there are discuused the valid rules in Georgia that supports investment projects. This stady also tells about regulator agencies of investments in Georgia and in foreing countries too. It is researched the classification of the investments and it is major characteristic features. This teoritical analysis forms the conclusion and recommendations which can be used to stimulate investments that provoke increasing of them and reinforces the economy of the country.
